I've been thinking about a new segment to do for the show. It's something I'd do monthly, maybe as a separate episode or in place of a movie review.
Basically, get a game that has multiplayer coop support, and play through it. Then afterward have a discussion (ala Zombie Mob) about the game: review the story, what was good/bad with the plot and controls, how much fun was it, etc.
Since I don't have all game systems, and am not a big fan of all game types, it's also an open segment for others to contribute segments to the show. So someone with a Wii or PS3, or even handhelds like the PSP or DS, can get in on this and record segments with others.
What do you guys think?

I'd say if you're dedicated to full-frontal nerdity, you should let some of your gaming junk hang out! And if you need a person to help with some of the handheld coverage, I could lend a hand.

I do have a PSP on hand... and thanks to a kind gift this past Christmas, a battery that guarantees I can play games for more than just an hour on it. I also have a DS, and if you wanted me to go old-school, I still even have a GBA. (Maybe that's why I drag my heels about getting a new full-on console; I'm more into gaming on the go.)

Side note: Saw a kid today when I took my daughter to the food store. The kid was walking around playing game son an iPad while his mom shopped. I wanted to go smack it out of his hand, and then yell at the mom for being pretentious. Sorry, you don't need to show the world that your kid has an iPad for playing games.

It pays to be like me, and pretty much not into Apple products. All my gaming devices are pretty much that. (Although, I do want to tinker more with the PSP video capabilities.)
